Salford got their run in the top of the 7th when Craig Stubbs led off the inning with a triple and Rob Vanleeuwen drove him in with an RBI double.
Woodstock scored 1 in the 1st when Mike Pullin led off the inning on a single and came around to score on an error by Salford, Woodstock then went on to score 2 in the 3rd when Jeremy Pullin hit a ground rule double with 1 out and Mike Pullin drove him in with a triple to the fence and Jamie Atkinson brought Mike around with another ground rule double. In the 5th Inning Woodstock went on to add 2 more runs when Jeremy Pullin started off the inning with a walk, Mike Pullin hit a hot shot that handcuffed the Salford 3rd baseman, the runners advance on a pass ball and now stand at 2nd and 3rd with Jamie Atkinson up to bat and he proceeds to hit a single over second scoring both runners.
