Bandits scored 3 in the bottom of the first to take an early lead, hitting the ball hard and taking advantage of some misplays in the field. They would add two more in the third to go up 5-0. There was a scary moment in the 3rd, when Jon Klingenberg reached third base, he was then hit in the face with a line drive. He managed to get a hand in front to lighten the blow. He would need a runner, but stayed in the game like a champ. He’s not as good looking today…..but he is fine
